We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Team Assistant to support daily office operations, logistics activities, and team coordination at our Berthoud-based space hardware facility. Reporting directly to the Office and Logistics Coordinator, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on, occasionally physical work, thrives in an organized environment, and wants exposure to the operational backbone of a growing aerospace manufacturing company. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career or in a new stage of life. Someone who can work full-time in a fast-paced, modern industry, constantly learning new technologies and processes.

You’ll play a key supporting role in keeping the office running smoothly, shipments moving on time, travel organized, and customer-facing events well-coordinated — enabling engineers, leadership, and commercial teams to stay focused on building and delivering flight hardware.

In this role you will provide:

Office Support (approx. 50%)
Under the direction of the Office and Logistics Coordinator, you will:
  • Support day-to-day office administration tasks (filing, data entry, document organization)
  • Assist with maintaining office supplies, kitchen supplies, and general office inventory
  • Help prepare onboarding materials and administrative documents for new hires
  • Support scheduling, calendar coordination, and internal communications as needed
  • Perform basic data entry into tools such as spreadsheets or accounting systems (training provided)
  • Assist with booking and coordinating employee travel, including flights, lodging, and ground transportation, in accordance with company guidelines
  • Track travel itineraries and confirmations and help ensure travel details are communicated clearly to team members

Logistics, Events & Commercial Support (approx. 50%)
Under supervision, you will:
  • Receive and log incoming deliveries and packages
  • Assist with preparing outbound shipments (packing, labeling, documentation)
  • Maintain shipment records and delivery confirmations
  • Help organize shipping supplies, storage areas, and shared spaces
  • Support periodic inventory counts and physical organization of materials
  • Assist with logistics for trade shows, conferences, customer visits, and internal events, including:
    • Coordinating shipments of marketing materials, hardware demos, or booth equipment
    • Supporting travel arrangements for attending team members
    • Helping track event schedules, deadlines, and preparation checklists
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to support customer meetings, events, and travel-related needs
Here is what you bring to the table
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, office support, logistics, or assistant role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with basic Microsoft tools (email, spreadsheets, shared drives)
  • Willingness to follow established processes and ask questions when unsure
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and dependable work ethic
  • Comfortable working onsite in a small, fast-paced environment
Bonus (not required):
  • Exposure to shipping, receiving, or inventory processes
