You’ll play a key supporting role in keeping the office running smoothly, shipments moving on time, travel organized, and customer-facing events well-coordinated — enabling engineers, leadership, and commercial teams to stay focused on building and delivering flight hardware.
In this role you will provide:
Office Support (approx. 50%)
Under the direction of the Office and Logistics Coordinator, you will:
- Support day-to-day office administration tasks (filing, data entry, document organization)
- Assist with maintaining office supplies, kitchen supplies, and general office inventory
- Help prepare onboarding materials and administrative documents for new hires
- Support scheduling, calendar coordination, and internal communications as needed
- Perform basic data entry into tools such as spreadsheets or accounting systems (training provided)
- Assist with booking and coordinating employee travel, including flights, lodging, and ground transportation, in accordance with company guidelines
- Track travel itineraries and confirmations and help ensure travel details are communicated clearly to team members
Logistics, Events & Commercial Support (approx. 50%)
Under supervision, you will:
- Receive and log incoming deliveries and packages
- Assist with preparing outbound shipments (packing, labeling, documentation)
- Maintain shipment records and delivery confirmations
- Help organize shipping supplies, storage areas, and shared spaces
- Support periodic inventory counts and physical organization of materials
- Assist with logistics for trade shows, conferences, customer visits, and internal events, including:
- Coordinating shipments of marketing materials, hardware demos, or booth equipment
- Supporting travel arrangements for attending team members
- Helping track event schedules, deadlines, and preparation checklists
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to support customer meetings, events, and travel-related needs
