Office / Bookkeeping (approx. 50%)

In this role you will...
Office / Bookkeeping (approx. 50%)
- Manage QuickBooks Online: invoice customers, pay vendors, and log expenses
- Track budgets, receipts, and support regular reporting to company leadership
- Assist with purchase order processing and accounts payable
- Help with light HR administration (onboarding docs, training checklists, scheduling)
- Receive and document incoming deliveries (basic receiving only)
- Prepare and coordinate outgoing shipments: labels, documentation, carrier booking
- Maintain shipment records and delivery confirmations
- Organize and track supplies, shipping materials, and office inventory using spreadsheets or simple tools
