Here is why you are going to love this role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office and Logistics Coordinator to support our Berthoud-based space hardware facility.
This hybrid role bridges office administration, bookkeeping, and shipping coordination — helping ensure our business operations and customer deliveries run smoothly. You’ll manage QuickBooks, track budgets, coordinate outbound shipments, and support a growing engineering and manufacturing team that’s building real spaceflight hardware.
You’ll play a foundational role in keeping both the front office and our shipping processes efficient, professional, and scalable.

In this role you will...
Office / Bookkeeping (approx. 50%)
  • Manage QuickBooks Online: invoice customers, pay vendors, and log expenses
  • Track budgets, receipts, and support regular reporting to company leadership
  • Assist with purchase order processing and accounts payable
  • Help with light HR administration (onboarding docs, training checklists, scheduling)
Logistics / Shipping Support (approx. 50%)
  • Receive and document incoming deliveries (basic receiving only)
  • Prepare and coordinate outgoing shipments: labels, documentation, carrier booking
  • Maintain shipment records and delivery confirmations
  • Organize and track supplies, shipping materials, and office inventory using spreadsheets or simple tools
Here is what you bring to the table
  • 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, shipping/logistics, or office coordination
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with shipping software and carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail — both digitally and physically
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable working in a small, dynamic environment and willing to take initiative
  • Bonus: experience supporting hardware companies, startups, or manufacturing teams

  • Competitive health insurance (medical, vision, dental)
  • Flexible PTO and sick leave
  • Generous parental leave
  • Hybrid work flexibility when applicable
  • Opportunities to grow with a rapidly scaling aerospace company
